KONG CHUN NGA is a recent graduate from the BAFA program co-presented by
Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University and Hong Kong Art School.
Her work engages with space, personal archives and existence in the urban.
Within her three-year-study she completed three series of works – Parallel Space,
Observer as the Observed and Under Construction, which is to be completed this
In 2016, she had her first solo exhibition, Parallel Space in Youth Square, Chai
Wan, Hong Kong. Being the founding members of a local artist group Nagist, she
participated in group exhibitions such as The No-body Discourse (2016) and
Microimplanation (2017). She also received scholarships from Rome Art
Program (2015) and Reaching Out Award (2017) from HKSAR government.
